We have found that surveying multiple building under time constraints and gathering the necessary information (for Energy Conservation Projects) can be a real challenge. Using the correct tools and techniques are critical for a successful outcome.  Perfection Group will cover the following survey tools and tips. 

FLIR Infrared Camera - How using this tool can help uncover energy wasters in building envelope and HVAC systems. 
Foot-candle Meters, Discriminators and other tools for lighting - How and when to use these tools on lighting surveys. 
Retro Commissioning - Using tools like magnehelic gauges, temperature sensors, RPM gauges, flow hoods and performing visual inspections can uncover retro commissioning opportunities.
