Corbett, Grace and their new baby are on a 20-city U.S tour from April 2016-January 2017 in a high performance tiny house on wheels (THOW) called the #TinyLab. (To view their handout, click HERE.) Their mission is to revolutionize the home market by teaching consumers and contractors to use scientific testing to prove the work to improve home energy performance gets done to quality standards. The Lunsfords will give SW Ohio AEE members a private tour of their traveling road show. Following the tour, Corbett will present a mini workshop on home energy performance.
The Lunsford's #Tiny Lab is built to the highest performance standards - the most energy efficient, the best indoor air quality, the most comfortable, the most durable, net-zero, and with green materials. With built in sensors to prove it, this house demonstrates best practices that homeowners can even do themselves. The Lunsfords will explain how to get contractors to use best practices in remodeling projects to deliver proven, verified results.
Driving Directions: Green Man Park is in Walnut Hills, on the south side of E. McMillan St between I-71 and Gilbert Av. There is no direct exit from I-71 onto McMillan Av. If coming north on I-71, take exit #2. If coming south on I-71, take exit #3. Then refer to maps below.
